Popular visionary artist Jody Bergsma has always recognized the incredible power of words to protect us from negativity and bring about powerful shifts in our self-confidence and well-being. To create The Light Within, Jody paired her luminescent paintings with affirmations to encourage you to believe in yourself and support your goals. For each inspirational card, she offers an uplifting quote, an exploration of the symbolism within the artwork, and guidance to help you integrate the energy of the affirmation into your spiritual growth journey. Includes 54 cards and an 184-page illustrated guidebook.
Creator Details:
Jody Bergsma showed exceptional talent for drawing animals at a young age. Her strong childhood dreams colored her art with imagination and magic. Jody created a style that blended reality with the inner worlds of her personal vision. She began selling her art at the age of thirteen and eventually created thousands of paintings for summer art festivals. She attended university to study engineering and mathematics, but eventually chose an art career and, at 25 years of age, started her company, Bergsma Galleries.
