For F*ck's Sake: Surviving the Daily Dumpster Fire with Gratitude is a 176-page sweary gratitude journal in a 6 × 9-inch paperback, printed in the USA, with 13 undated weeks, 91 daily pages, and 13 retro coloring pages. You vent first, then you find the good stuff.

Some days the best thing you can say is that you survived. This journal is for those days, and for the good ones hiding in between. Write down the f*ckery, the cringe, and the text you almost sent. Then, once it's out of your head, find three things you're grateful for. Some days that's "the coffee was hot," and that counts.

What's inside

  • 13 undated weeks, so you can start any day.
  • 91 daily pages that alternate between "Vent it" and "Let that sh*t go." Every day you write three things you're grateful for, color in the day's wine glass, and color the bottle to show how many f*cks you have left.
  • A weekly list: the sh*t you're avoiding, the stack you keep walking past, and a few others.
  • A weekly activity: mental load bingo, a maze to the wine, a field to grow your f*cks, a throat tattoo design page and more.
  • 13 retro coloring pages for the days words aren't working.
  • A two-page week in review with a dumpster fire rating, the dumbest social media post award, and a wine list.
  • In the back: a look back at everything you survived, puzzle answers and overflow pages.

  1. Start on any day. The weeks are undated.
  2. On odd days, vent it. On even days, let that sh*t go.
  3. Every day, write three things you're grateful for, then color the wine glass and the bottle.
  4. When words aren't working, turn to that week's coloring page.

Why it's different

Most gratitude journals want you to start the day with a smile and a list of blessings. This one works the other way around. You get it all out first, then you look for the good stuff, and there's always something, even if it's just that the day is over. Before you start, it tells you what you need to hear: you're worthy, on the easy days and on the dumpster fire days.

Questions

Is it dated? No. The 13 weeks are undated, so you can start any day.

Is the inside censored? No. The title is starred, but the inside is fully uncensored. If swearing isn't your thing, this isn't your journal.

What pens work best? Colored pencils and gel pens. Markers may bleed through.

Is there a digital version? Yes. The PDF edition works in GoodNotes and other PDF apps and comes with 40 bonus digital stickers.

Who's it for? The friend who's had a year, the coworker who needs a win, or yourself. Especially yourself.

This journal is for reflection and a good laugh. It isn't therapy or medical advice. It's copyrighted by Water Moon Shop, and no part of it may be copied, scanned, reproduced, or used for any commercial purpose.
